Terms and Conditions
1. Parties
The seller is JAKI.I AS, organization number 936855865, with address Brekktrøa 31a, 7227 Gimse, email info@jakii.no, telephone +47 451 71 065, hereinafter referred to as the seller.
The buyer is the person placing the order and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer.
2. Payment
Payment can be made via Vipps, Klarna, Visa, and Mastercard.
The amount is charged at the time of ordering or in accordance with the terms of the selected payment provider. When paying via Klarna, Klarna’s own payment and invoice terms apply.
All prices on the website are stated in NOK and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery
Goods are shipped to the address provided at the time of ordering.
The normal processing time is [1–3 business days] before dispatch. Delivery time varies depending on the carrier and destination but is typically 2–7 business days within Norway.
The risk for the goods transfers to the buyer once the goods have been delivered to the buyer or the buyer’s representative.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the buyer receives the goods. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller within the deadline via email or by using a withdrawal form.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in the same condition as received. The buyer is normally responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the goods have been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days.
5. Returns
Returns must be agreed upon with the seller in advance.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipment until the goods have been received by the seller.
6. Complaints and Claims
If there is a defect or deficiency in the goods, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
The buyer has the right to make a claim in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, typically up to 2 years after receiving the goods.
If a complaint is approved, the seller will repair, replace, or refund the goods in accordance with applicable legislation.
7. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time.
